Browser Compatibility

RLG-Web has been tested using Firefox and Chrome; there should be no problems with recent versions of these two browsers. Safari and Opera ought to work, though they haven't been tested yet. Internet Explorer 9 is compatible, but older versions might not be.

WebSockets

If your browser supports it, RLG-Web will connect using WebSockets. This lets the server send data to your browser as soon as Rogue generates it, +instead of waiting for the browser to ask for it. This reduces latency.

The site will still work if your browser doesn't support this feature, but it will probably be annoyingly slow.

Starting Games

If you have already registered an account, you can log in. If not, create one with the "New name" button. Once logged in, RLG-Web will list your saved games and let you resume them or start new ones.
