de1e0f2759 srogue: add a complete mdport.c. 
srogue/mdport.c is copied from rogue5/mdport.c, with slight changes.

35a6ab583c srogue: begin porting to autoconf. 
Super-Rogue can now be built with './configure && make', though
'make install' does not work yet, and there may be problems with
portability.
