72fcde0ae0 Remove obsolete code. 
Remove some unnecessary module imports and code that worked with UNIX
timestamps.

ddf0ec25b0 Put this project under version control, finally. 
Scripts for rlgallery.org, using a PostgreSQL backend.  The recorder
system is in py/, CGI scripts are in web/.
